Dear Mr. Leighton,

Sorry not to have answered your letter before, but I have been and shall be very full up for some weeks.

I do not think there is much possibility of our people agreeing to your being of assistance to us on the electrical side. If, however, you are anywhere in this neighbourhood in a few weeks' time, I shall be pleased to see you and have a talk to you as suggested.
