FRAME DISTORTION. 44260

Attached herewith is report of a test on Frame distortion which was carried out on a standard 20 HP. on the bumping rig. We had proposed to carry it further but it was squeezed out by other work.

We consider that the condition on the bumping rig is by far the most satisfactory way of measuring frame distortion which is likely to occur on the road.

We were not very satisfied with our method of measurement.
