X7782 By/NHW. from EFC. c. EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} EFCL/AD4.12.30. X.7782. RE-ARRANGEMENT OF P & R.{Sir Henry Royce} BATTERY PAMPHLET. It will be remembered that in the latest P.2. Instruction Book we, in conjunction with the Chloride Co., rearranged their battery pamphlet for the P.2. Instruction book in such a manner that this only contained matter purely with reference to the battery in itself as a unit, all matter concerning the battery in its relation to other parts of the system having been arranged to be contained in the R.R. Instruction Book chapter dealing with that system. We have now taken this matter up similarly with Messrs. P & R.{Sir Henry Royce} duly providing them with our suggested rearrangement of the P & R battery pamphlet on the same lines. Working in the main to our suggested rearrangement, they have made further modifications and provided us with the result in scrap form. Their letter ref. CGFP/GL.{G. Linnett} dealing with this matter is attached for NHW's information. Will he please return this after perusal. We have gone over the matter and for your convenience put it up in a more convenient form, attached, for the printers to work to directly. The only remark that need be made about this is that the diagrams as numbered are out of order and we leave it to NHW. to rearrange the diagram numbers to make these correct. EFC. | ||
