X-200 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/AD. April 25th, 1932. Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Clarke, Bendix Brake Corporation, Kings Rd. Tyeseley, Birmingham. Dear Sir, We thank you for your telephone message this morning. We regret to say that the car we are proposing to send to have the vacuum clutch control fitted has developed clutch trouble and as this is the most important feature in connection with the test we shall have to strip it and get this right before we can let you have the car. We expect the car will be delayed about a week. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
