Serrations for Roll Rod Lever Attachment.

We want W.Bell to make some tests for the best method of shaft to lever attachment. We attach drawings of the Vauxhall rear damper shaft and lever. We are told that the shaft is knurled cyanide hardened and pressed into a round hole in the lever.

The immediate application for this construction is the rear roll rod on Wraith. Will you please make drawings for test pieces so that we can see if this method will be fully satisfactory.
