X383 Dec 6/1911. Mr Nadin for Technical Committee. Re Shortening of Rear Brake Liners. Some time ago I pointed out that the rear brake liner used to give trouble as regards catching when the brake was off on owing to dirt and dust getting under the liners and suggested that 2 extra rivets were fixed. Mr Bailey however arranged that the ends of the liners should be cut off. This was tested and found satisfactory and should I think be adopted as standard. Personally I would prefer to leave the | ||
