Silver Dawn 60 10' 10" " 33.G.VII. Silver Dawn 80 10' 10" " Herewith is draft of specification for each of the above cars. All three have cast iron engines. Where the specification differs from existing L.O.P's. a description of the required feature is given in words. Where neither L.O.P. or description is given, it is assumed the section will be as 30.G.VII or Cresta type. The following remarks (which are by no means complete), call attention to some of the principle sections for which new designs or details are required - B.60. Engine. New front end arrangement with single belt drive to PD.439. Exhaust System. Awaiting further development for B.60. B.80 as 30.G.VII. Controls. Schemes are in hand for B.60 and B.80. Petrol Tank. New design required, 22 gallon. Starter. Proposed to try Lucas with 9 T. pinion, and no outboard bearing. Leave facings on clutch casing unaltered. New flywheel rim.
