Van to transport specific tyres and a motor jack from Derby to the Birmingham Depot.

As requested this morning, will you please arrange for the Birmingham van to proceed to Derby next Monday morning to arrive there at approximately 10.30.

There is a stock of our tyres at the Rolls Royce Works, among which are the following :-

1X.2360 1X.2338
1X.2328 1X.2377
1X.2357 1X.2379
1X.2367 1X.2395
1X.2321 1R.7316
1X.2344 1R.7309
1X.2306 1R.7337
1X.2394 1R.7369
1X.2310 1X.2375
1X.2311 1X.2391,

all of which are to be identified by means of their serial number and brought back on the van to Birmingham Depot. Should there be any difficulty reference should be made to Mr. Hardy of their Experimental Dept.

In addition to the above tyres there are a certain number of experimental pattern 6.50/16 tyres which have also to be brought back on the lorry. These are referred to in the attached copy letter and Mr. Hardy has promised that these will be put on one side and will be available at the same time as the other 22. Also one motor jack recently taken for use at Derby is to be collected and brought back here.
