To RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

We have received your letter RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/H/R 24.1.39. regarding your visit & a wish to try the car.

We have been in communication with Sr. who suggests that for secrecy the welding should be carried out at Chateauroux.

We have therefore consulted Messrs Lauvergnat who will undertake to do the job. We have examined the rivets on the cross & find them to be tight with no evidence of movement.
