Will you please arrange to send a copy of these specifications to the respective manufacturers asking them to certify in writing that all deliveries on Production conform to this specification. It should be pointed out to them that the tests specified are representative and must not therefore be applied to every unit delivered, although we shall periodically at these Works take an item from Production and subject the same to the said specification as a check.
