Y120 To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} c. to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} c. to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}4/MJ.29.11.30. With reference to Worl/H28.11.30. There is no reason why there should be more difference between chassis of the 26-EX. type than between different chassis of our standard production type. Experimentally we are taking a keen interest in this job and have tried the first chassis of the type which appears to be a very good sample. We have had a note from Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} (Paris), in which he states that the steering of 26-EX. had deteriorated. We are asking Sales to let us examine the car when it is convenient for them, as we are very anxious not to repeat any mistakes. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
