CAMSHAFT & ROCKER MECH: "FALCON" ENGINE
RE ROCKER ROLLER LEVERS.
X.3288.

Will you kindly instruct six complete sets of Valve Rollers for the above mechanism in Ball Bearing Steel, that is, K.E.S.J.H.S. to be tested experimentally under the above X number.

We consider that one set should be used on the experimental engine regularly, and the remaining 5 sets used on production engines, and their conditions should be reported after endurance tests.

The object of the above experiment is to try and overcome the present trouble with C.H.N.S. and it is expected that the new material will give a harder surface on the rollers and better results.

Will Mr.Coverley please note that the drawing number of the rollers is E.12101.
