Dear Sirs,
As agreed in our letter to you of the 17th inst., we are this day sending you 14 special K.L.G. Sparking Plugs. Seven of these are marked No.1, and the rest No.2, the difference being that in the plugs marked No.2 the central sparking disc protrudes slightly more than in the No.1, this in our opinion being an advantage provided it does not cause pre-ignition.
We are also sending you 7 more plugs of a slightly different type tomorrow, marked No.3.
We shall be much obliged if you will test all these plugs in the most severe manner possible and let us know the result of your tests, please also return all the plugs after testing so that we may be able to take them to pieces for examination purposes.
Should none of these plugs prove satisfactory please let us know at once and we will take the matter up again.
Yours faithfully,
p.p. The Robinhood Eng: Works.
