GH. FTD. COPY. K/KC. BENTLEY. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/DPR/5.5.30. OILING UP OF DYNAMO COMMUTATORS. ----------------------------- As the Works have given up the idea of help in overcoming oiling up of commutators, a scheme has been got out which prevents this taking place. The oil which previously got on to the com. will drain down inside the commutator cover, this cannot do any harm, any excess will shew over-lubrication. This mod. is for the time being only for the use of Kingsbury Depot, until sufficient proof of its value has been obtained. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W.
