Chassis No 19EX.
The following parts of this chassis are at-present incomplete.
Engine and gear box unit:- This is the first unit made and has a number of temporary parts
Silencer:- no cut out or control, no heat-shield.
Front axle:- old type temporary axle fitted
Brakes:- no front brakes connected up.
Wing stays:- not fitted.
Lubrication:- piping incomplete and no pump.
Wiring:- no wiring done, no switch box, distribution box etc.
Starter:- not fitted.
Controls:- temporary.
Spare wheel carrier:- incomplete.
Road springs: no gaiters, probably wrong springs, not cadmium plated.
Shock dampers:- none fitted
Radiator and bonnet:- no shutter controls, no bonnet locks. {Should be fitted with 7/16" holding down studs and strong springs.}
Instruments:- temporary oil gauge and thermometer only.
Rear axle:- requires jacking pads, very noisy.
