SpectreCodename for Phantom III Camshaft.

We are still not satisfied with the slow running on SpectreCodename for Phantom III and wish to try a camshaft similar to E.86371 but with more negative overlap and with shortened closing toes on the cams. Attached are Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1832/8 giving particulars of the shaft.
