To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8774 X7770 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG5.12.27. SPORTS CHASSIS. X8774 X8830 We shall have the dummy Sports chassis ready at the end of this week. This chassis will be purely a dummy but will have on it all the essential features for the coachwork i.e., the steering, pedals, change speed lever and brakes will be in the correct position, frame brackets, spare wheel carrier; it will also have the cast dashboard. We shall pull the springs down to give the correct camber, otherwise there will be no guts in the chassis at all. We hope that you will be able to manage with only one of these dummy chassis, but if it is essential for another one to be made, please let us know. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
