B R 235 n (200 T) (S F MS. 25-10-18) G 2941. Mr Ormerod from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} c. EH. c. Mr Mills. c. EFC X.354Y. RE PRESSURE GAUGES FOR OIL & FUEL. ------------------- Will you kindly note that Mr Royce requires us to have the above fittings finished in a rather dull black, both as regards the case and the dial, and that the lettering and marking on the dial should be in silver. Mr Hives will supply Mr Mills with a sample instrument, not necessarily one of the above gauges, to indicate the type of finish required. The black finish is to be between a shiny and a matt surface. The term "eggshell" finish would probably give the best idea of what is required. BY, U. BY5/P2/5/19. | ||
