Messrs Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.
Gentlemen,
For the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} West.
We beg to confirm the following telegram which was despatched to you this afternoon:-
"Hope despatch 12 Bentley Racing Plugs Monday".
We also wish to notify you that as promised 24 type 836 Plugs will be despatched to-night. These plugs are similar in shape to the type 744, but have a very greatly increased resistance to heat.
With regard to the remaining 24 plugs for the Bentley. You will appreciate that nothing has been done up to the present, and therefore some little time must elapse before we can give delivery.
It would be convenient to us to postpone this delivery for three weeks, but if the twelve that we shall send on Monday are not sufficient for your requirements, and if therefore it is really important that you should have the other 24 earlier, we can of course complete them in about a week's time.
Yours faithfully,
p.p. K.L.G. SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED.
C. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Carington
Director.
