BENTLEY WIRE WHEEL HUBS.
In reply to yours Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}/6/R.23.5.37. The series you refer to as 'BDG' is 'D' Series Chassis, and Wire Wheels and Hubs for this series were ordered from Messrs. Dunlop - O/67103 dated 10th July 1934, the drawing number of the Wheel being GB.1330. This was Dunlop's first order for Bentley Wheels & Hubs.
For the previous series the Wheels, etc. were ordered from Messrs. Rudge-Whitworth under Wheel Drawing No. GB.524, the Hub drawing of both firms being identical.
