For the attention of Mr. Van Vestraut. Dear Sirs, Out of the four Jacks which you have just sent us fitted with the correct return spring, two leak between the top aluminium cap and the steel valve. We are returning these to you to correct this trouble, and at the same time are sending the four original Jacks for modification to their return springs. You will see that we have marked the second batch 40 lbs. so that we can know whether they have the correct springs.
