I received your copy of the memo Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB.{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}16/HR. 11.1.38, while in Paris, I enquired at Levallois whether they had experienced the trouble mentioned, and their reply was none. Upon returning to Cricklewood, I took the matter up with Br/Cliburn. They have not had one car in with a complaint of this sort, therefore they have not dismantled the bottom bearing of the yoke. This trouble will be watched and any complaint reported. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
