S.S Sequence starter main and auxiliary switch unit contacts
To test the current capacity capabilities of these contacts we passed 350 amperes for half a minute through the main switch contacts the switch being held right down electrically, and 25 amperes for 5 mins through the teazer contacts (top) the auxiliary arm being allowed to rest normally in its off position.
In each case the contacts shewed no signs of distress without any undue heating or burning.
