SMITH SPEEDOMETERS. X8900 4367

Only recently a Smith speedometer was fitted to 11-EX (Sales 10,000 miles test car). There was considerable trouble with unsteady reading. This is what we always expected would occur. It has occurred on every Smith instrument we have ever used.

I do not see how we can be expected to keep on trying their speedometers. We do not think that the scheme lends itself to making a equal instrument to the A.T.
