Hanbury - Head Complaints} CUNO PRESIDENT February 14, 1934. Mr. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham, c/o Rolls Royce Motors, 32 East 57th St.{Capt. P. R. Strong}, New York City. Dear Sir: At the request of our Mr. F.{Mr Friese} P. Ilisley, we have just shipped to your factory at Derby, England, two Cuno Camel Radiator Control Valves having 5/16" O.D. tubing and two of them having 3/8" O.D. tubing and will send bill to you at New York as requested. Mr. Ilisley probably advised you that we had made application for patents in England as well as several other foreign countries and would state that we will probably be interested in licensing some firm to supply the British market. If your firm is interested in a license for its own purpose only, we feel that satisfactory arrangements could be made although we might state that for small production, it may be advantageous to purchase these valves direct from us. The writer expects to be in England this fall and we therefore trust that you will keep us advised of developments and your interest in this matter for the writer would be very pleased to take up this matter with you at that time. You probably know that we are the American licensees for Auto-Klean Strainers of London and have manufactured these strainers for a period of about seven years. Therefore if you wish to make any inquiries regarding our firm, we would suggest that you get in touch with Auto-Klean Strainers, Tower House, 40 Trinity Square, London, E.C. 3.
