PHANTOM PENDULUM LEVER. X.8430 X.457

Herewith we send N.Sch.2297 shewing reinforced Phantom lever. This has been done on account of the breakage to one on the chassis used for steering wobbles, and since the modification is entirely strengthening we think it should go into production immediately.
