FAILURE OF H.T. WIRE ON PHANTOM II.

We have tested out the length of wire handed over to us, for insulation. We find that this is quite up to standard in this respect, we have therefore taken the matter up with By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} who is going to look into the question of better support, either insulated or otherwise.
