Could you call up Shaw & Kilburns and ask them whether they have a spare rod, you have the engine number. You might also ask them whether they re-metal these rods, because the white metal is run directly into the big end. If they have a rod, will you ask them to send it off right away, and give me a ring about it on the 3 o'clock call, Tuesday the 17th.
