hp. from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} EFC X.3548 BY1/P12.4.20. X.3548 CHASSIS - REAR AXLE. RE EXPERIMENTAL BEVEL GEARS WITH RATIO 15/52 TEETH. I have again written to the E.N.V. Motor Company with reference to producing the experimental gears as quickly as possible. Although the works have only just supplied them with the blanks they have promised me definitely that the hardening dies will be ready early this week and that they will cut, harden and return the gears on the 28th. inst. This, I think, is quite a good performance under the circumstances. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
