SPECIFICATION OF COACHWORK FOR 4.B.50.

Four Door Four Light Saloon - Bentley "Cresta".

Chassis.
10ft.10ins. Wheelbase Bentley, for all particulars see drawings supplied. Untarnishable finish. 56.260 front track and 59.500 rear. Wheels 7 x 16 steel pressed. Spare wheel in boot.

Body.
Four door, four light Saloon without division and sliding front seats, see PD.371.

Shell Construction.
Wood and alum. construction, based on the tried design already in use on the original standard Bentley.

Front Wings.
Sheet alum. of special design, with helmet. Headlamps built in.

Rear Wings.
Special design in alum. with helmet, petrol filler under each wing.

Stone Shields.
Latest approved pattern.

Doors.
To be as thin as possible. Front doors hinged on centre pillar, and rear door on rear pillar, all by external hinges with lubrication. Interior handles on the lock spindle except that of the driver's door which has remote control. Quick-lift lever control to the driver's window. All windows of Triplex glass 3/16" thick. Overall locks.

Screen.
To open and of Triplex glass 3/16" laminated with central control. To be free from flap when open.

Sunshine Roof.
Of the latest pattern, special precautions to be taken to avoid leakage of water, wind noises and rattles.
