Dear Sirs, You will find enclosed a prospectus of the "Scott Patent Cushdrive" flexible transmission. I wish to get an offer of a lump sum, plus small royalty for the rights, in any or all countries under the Convention. You will see the scope of its adaptability is unlimited; and I am convinced that it will achieve universal success.
