re PHANTOM III OIL COOLERS.
-------------------

4.1.38., Marstons have supplied modified coolers at an average rate of approximately 20 per week for change-over purposes since last November and we have used all these up as soon as they arrived without making an effort to get hold of the cars concerned.

In the event of it being decided to get hold of the cars more rapidly for this change-over, we consider that a supply of at least 40 coolers per week be obtained from Marstons for this purpose.

We have now changed approximately 120 coolers out of the total of 400.
