Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letters ref. LTD/DLD. of the 27th and 28th inst. in which we are most interested.

We should be glad if you could submit to us a sample section of radiator which you would propose to use on the construction of our matrix which is 4" deep. If you could let us have this sample as soon as possible we would submit it to Mr. Royce to ascertain whether he is satisfied that its mechanical features are such that he wishes us to proceed with a test. You will appreciate that our requirements of mechanical strength for our radiator are rather more severe than those of other manufacturers.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
