Fitted with copper carbon brushgear and ball bearings, mounted on cast iron bedplate and direct coupled with fully flexible couplings to 8 1/2 HP. Squirrel Cage motor of Brook manufacture, suitable for operation off 3 phase, 50 cycles, 200 volts A.C. supply, complete with suitable Ellison oil immersed Star Delta Starter, complete with no-volt and three overload releases.
