Re Core-boxes EB.4670 for the Pattern and Model Manufacturing Co. Coventry.

In accordance with instructions given in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}1/BA.8.2.40 we despatched 7 half core-boxes EB.4670, cylinder block and Crankcase to the Pattern and Model Manufacturing Co. Harper Road, Coventry.

In your memo you stated that these were to be charged to the Glasgow Factory. We have asked the Glasgow Factory for their official covering order and they inform us that these parts were supplied in connection with work which was being done for this Company and they are not a liability of the Glasgow Co. Will you please let me know if this information is correct or if we are to insist on obtaining an official order from Glasgow.
