Since we wrote to you as per our Sr/VA3/GM.30.3.38, our Nice Depot have informed us that, when they removed the damaged rotor from chassis B.I67.KU, they found that the screw which holds the rotor blade was not tightened up.

They also informed us that the same thing had happened to chassis E.4I.GP, on which they had also had to fit a new rotor.

If the one screw as fitted to the rotor blade has a tendency to slacken off, then trouble will undoubtedly occur.
