| EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/T23.12.27. -2- Contd. turns out to be 10% gold 90% silver alloy, i.e. the same alloy that we are using for our cutout contact points. Accordingly we had a standard lever and screw fitted with points of this material and we have run the initial (handwritten correction: usual) 10,000 miles on the bench, not under standard conditions, but under scrubbing action conditions of the normal type. You will see that the result is not at all bad. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
