20/25 H.P. Special Saloon for R.{Sir Henry Royce}

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid{A. J. Lidsey}14/KT.14.12.31.

The car dully called here mid day today and we fixed up with the driver for it to be available for Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} to try tomorrow morning. After this trial it will go to W.W.

We did not have the car photographed as Park Ward's had it photographed before it left their hands and as you will see from the attached copies which they have kindly supplied to us, the results are quite good, easily good enough to make it unnecessary to go to further expense in having the car photographed again.

We have not supplied a cover for the spare tyre. In the first place, to get one made we should have had to send the makers a sample wheel and tyre as we were not successful in getting them to take details before the car left Park Ward's, and in the second place Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} was of the opinion that the cover should not.

We can, if necessary, order a cover later on if and when the car passes into our possession.
