We attach a copy of a memo. from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} referring to
the choking up of the filter gauze on the radiator outlet of
32-EX car.

This is extremely serious - will you please instruct
the works to cease fitting this filter on Phantom III radiators
immediately.

Will you also please produce and detail an alternative
scheme on the lines of the attached sketch for test purposes.
