S/W....Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. e.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} to S. WST See me 86116 C19/C12.10.34 FOG LAMP ON CHASSIS. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst8/MA4.10.34 I have discussed this with Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} and Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} and we shall be interested to know, before you standardise anything, what experience you have had with the fog lamps in question. So far as Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car is concerned, he has not had occasion to use the lamp at all because there has not been any fog since the lamp was put on. We tried all kinds of lamps and devices last Winter, when we had exceptionally heavy fogs, and found nothing very effective. So that we shall be very glad to know what further experience you have had that encourages you to recommend a particular lamp for standardising in respect of fog. C. | ||
