DESIGN POSITION.
SPECTRECodename for Phantom III CONTINUED:-
Mod. to needle bearings - brake actuating lever on frame front end. In hand.
Modified front brake operating rod - to improve position of slot in frame. Completed 12.7.35.
I.F.W.S. Modified flange on main spring housing to prevent oil leaks Completed 19.7.35.
I.F.W.S. Rubber buffers and housings modified to suit altered spring housing. Completed 19.7.35.
Modified bolting of pinion bearing housing to increase clearance with hand brake cross rope. In hand.
I.F.W.S. Revised bolting of spring cylinder. In hand.
Clutch - tail shaft ball bearing with Oilite bush for clutch shaft and modified clutch plate splines. Completed 8.8.35.
Improved gearbox support rubbers. In hand.
Gearbox - Oil guard to prevent leaks from change gear bracket. In hand.
Modified position of junction boxes to suit front damper oil filler tubes. In hand.
Petrol filter mounted outside frame. In hand.
32 Gallon petrol tank. In hand.
Rear bumper fixing. In hand.
