Re Elliott Ammeters nos 140999 & 141001.
The Elliott ammeters are good & do the job very well except that the scale is not graduated so accurately on the Elliott ammeter. But they are reasonably dead-beat only giving an oscillation before coming to rest. The oscillation of the 'Weston' is 3 1/2 amps whilst that of the Elliott only covers a travel of half an inch.
