Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

I want to thank you for your courtesy and the time spent with me during my visit to your plant at Derby.

The discussion which we had regarding tyres will, I think, be very helpful and we can assure you that we intend to do everything possible to give you a tyre which will meet your requirements regarding silence with non-skid qualities, comfortable riding, easy steering, balance and at the same time more trouble free mileage than previous covers.

We confirm that we will send you for test a set of 7.00 x 21 and 6.00 x 19 covers of our latest design as soon as the necessary equipment can be put through our Machine Shop. This should be in about 8 weeks.

Thanking you again.

Yours faithfully,
INDIA TYRE & RUBBER CO. (G.B.) LIMITED.

Paul worth.
Works Manager.
