Regarding E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} 13671 it is thought that this spring of which we have a considerable number in the stores, will prove to be suitable. It should be noted that as requested on LeC 1507 we have chamfered the teeth of the pinion D.50599 the same as on the Marmon Bendix Pinion, that is, on the non-pressure side of the teeth. Will Mr. D'Aeth kindly instruct that the gear on the Flywheel should also be chamfered in the same manner as on the Marmon Flywheel. BY/WER.
