Dear Sir, With further reference to your letter of the 24th April and to our telephone conversation this afternoon, I have asked Mr. John Ogle, A.C.G.I., B.Sc., to call and see you on either Wednesday next, 9th instant, or Friday, 11th instant, between the hours of 9 and 5.30, in connection with one of the vacancies you have in your Experimental Department. Mr. Ogle took the full Course in Mechanical Engineering at this College, which terminated in July last. On the results of this course he was awarded the Diploma of Associate of the City and Guilds of London Institute (A.C.G.I.) and the B.Sc.Internal Degree in Engineering of the University of London with Second Class Honours. During the current Session he has been carrying out a Research on Heat Transmission, which will probably end towards the middle of July. Mr. Ogle is twenty-two years of age.
