'M' Series Bentley - Tappet Setting.
We have now run six chassis with a tappet clearance of .010" and we find this clearance perfectly satisfactory, both as regards noise and slow running. We are therefore recommending that this clearance is adopted as standard for 'M' Series Bentley engines.
