MOTOR CLOCKS, TACHOMETERS, MILEAGE RECORDERS. REVOLUTION COUNTERS AND INDICATORS FOR MOTOR CARS, MOTOR BOATS, ENGINES, ETC. ALL CLASSES OF SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS. REPAIRS A SPECIALITY. Sheet No.2. We would inform you that one of the instruments which we tested was taken from your stock at Lillie Hall and was not altered or recalibrated in any way by ourselves before the tests were carried out and this instrument gave as good results as the others. The figure of 1.6% has been taken as an average over all the instruments tested. We trust you will let us have your comments on this matter, which will receive our usual prompt attention. With regard to the small instrument at present fitted to your 20 hp chassis, we are carrying out exhaustive experiments with this instrument and hope in the very near future to be able to submit an instrument to you for test which will be well within the limits that you require. We are having, however, a little difficulty owing to the very small size of the magnet and we are, therefore, altering the design of other parts of the instrument to cope with this difficulty. Assuring you of our best attention at all times. Yours faithfully, for A.T. SPEEDOMETER CO. LTD. H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} O. {Mr Oldham} Booth | ||
