X.4333 - MORGANITE BRUSHES FOR GOSHAWKAero EngineCodename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after KestrelAero Engine DYNAMO.

It is proposed to make further trials of Morganite brushes of suitable grades in order to be prepared with a suitable grade of Morganite brush should Le Carbone fail us in any way.

We have therefore communicated with the Morganite Co. as a result of which we would like you to place with them an order for :-

(1) 1 doz. brushes, 8 of which should be to D.50761 (4 off each hand) and 4 to D.50736, All in their EG2 grade.

(2) A similar quantity to the above but in their EGO grade.

This will provide us with sufficient brushes in each grade for four machines.

It is assumed that the terminal D.50739 and D.50302 will be produced by us as usual.

When ordering these from the Morganite Co. it should be definitely stated that we prefer their fibre spiral pig-tail insulation to the beaded insulation which is shown on the prints.
