c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
BY.8/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 23.3.33.

MATTERS FOR ATTENTION ARISING OUT OF MINUTES OF CONFERENCE JANUARY 12TH. 1933.

With reference to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}1/GR.{George Ratcliffe} 21.3.33. the position is as follows :-

Minute 5. Item 5. Adjustable Shock Dampers.

The J.111. type of shock dampers, which are suitable for the addition of controlling device are being introduced at the 126th. chassis in O.2. series.

In regard to the 20/25 HP. chassis, these dampers are being introduced at the 51st in 'Z' series.

Minute 13. Item 12. Further material for 20/25's. Silent Second Speed.

The Silent Second Speed Gear is being introduced on the 40/50 HP. chassis at the 126th chassis in O.2. series, and on the 20/25 at the 51st. in 'Z' series.

The reason the above two features were instructed for the 51st. chassis in 'Z' series and not for the 1st. chassis in this series was to avoid the possibility of them being on the 20/25 chassis before they were on the 40/50.
