Mr Johnson 16/2/12 RE LANCHESTER CHASSIS TO FRANCE.

I have arranged to leave Folkestone for Boulogne on Monday afternoon next, the 18th inst by the afternoon boat if possible.

I shall be glad if you will let me know by return if you wish me to give you a trial run on this before taking same to Mr Royce, and if so will you please state time and place.

I should very much like to do so. I think it a very nice chassis so far.

I propose calling at our Paris Garage Tuesday night, Wednesday for general examination of car, and leave Thursday morning for the south.

Having already a good knowledge of this car at the works I do not think it
Contd.
